Administrative Agent shall have received an initial statement of sources and uses of Cash of Borrower and its Subsidiaries from the first day of the week in which the Closing Date occurs through the last day of the week that is 13 weeks thereafter substantially in the form of Exhibit O or otherwise in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent (the “Initial Cash Flow Forecast”).
