Cash Out Rules. (a) Time of Payment Subparagraph 8.1(a) The Plan will pay benefits as soon as possible following termination of employment if the entire non-forfeitable Accrued Benefit does not exceed the Cash Out Limit (as defined in subparagraph 8.9(e)) unless the Employer elects otherwise below: (a) of the Plan. In this case, the automatic rollover rules of clause (ii) of subparagraph 8.7(a) of the Plan do not apply to the pre-Normal Retirement Age/Age 62 distribution since either the distribution does not exceed $1,000 or the distribution is only made with Participant consent.   • Adjustment Rules Any adjustments pursuant to this Section 13 shall be made successively whenever an event referred to herein shall occur. If an adjustment in Exercise Price made hereunder would reduce the Exercise Price to an amount below par value of the Common Stock, then such adjustment in Exercise Price made hereunder shall reduce the Exercise Price to the par value of the Common Stock.

  • COMPANY RULES Company requires Students, while participating in the clinical program, on Company property or in a Company vehicle, to meet all standards of appearance and conduct required by Company of its own employees. Company reserves the right to refuse to allow any Student to participate in the clinical program for failure to comply with Company standard.

  • Conduct Rules Each party acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Conduct Rules of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. applicable to transactions in options, and further agrees not to violate the position and exercise limits set forth therein.

  • HOUSE RULES RESIDENT shall comply with all house rules as stated on separate addendum, but which are deemed part of this rental agreement, and a violation of any of the house rules is considered a breach of this agreement.

  • Applicable Rules Each Purchasing Entity will identify and utilize its own appropriate purchasing procedure and documentation. Contractor is expected to become familiar with the Purchasing Entities’ rules, policies, and procedures regarding the ordering of supplies and/or services contemplated by this Master Agreement.
