COMPANY RULES. Company requires Students, while participating in the clinical program, on Company property or in a Company vehicle, to meet all standards of appearance and conduct required by Company of its own employees. Company reserves the right to refuse to allow any Student to participate in the clinical program for failure to comply with Company standard.
COMPANY RULES. 5.01 The Company will forward to the President of the Union a copy of all Standard Policies and Procedures affecting employees, and amendments thereto, immediately as they are issued.
5.02 New Corporate policies and procedures that may affect working conditions will be discussed with the Union in advance of publication.
5.03 In the event there is a conflict between this Agreement and the rules and regulations published by the Company that affect employees, then the terms of the Agreement will apply. Should the Company issue a new or revised Standard Policy and Procedure which conflicts with the terms of this Agreement, it may offer to apply the new or revised Standard Policy and Procedure to the bargaining unit. Acceptance by the Union of any such offer shall constitute an amendment to the Agreement.
COMPANY RULES. 4.01 A copy of all Standard Policies and Procedures and general communications to employees will be forwarded to the Chairperson of the Chalk River Professional Employees Group.
4.02 Revisions to Standard Policies and Procedures referenced in this Collective Agreement will not be considered as implemented until discussed and approved by the Institute and when issued will be posted on bulletin boards for ten (10) working days.
4.03 New and revised Standard Policies and Procedures that affect terms and conditions of employment will be provided to the Chalk River Professional Employees Group for comment(s) prior to implementation and, when issued, will be posted on bulletin boards for ten (10) working days.
COMPANY RULES. Section 1. The Company will publish and issue to all employees the current and applicable Employee Handbook of the Company and send a copy of same to the Union. Except to the extent that express language in the specific provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement differs from specific provisions of the Company's Employee Handbook, the policies and procedures contained in the Handbook control and are applicable to all employees. The Company may amend or change such policies, rules, or procedures at its sole discretion. The Company will, after the signing of this Agreement, cause to be compiled and make easily available to each present and all new employees the presently applicable conduct rules and regulations, and no such new rules or regulations will be considered effective until copies have been furnished to the Grievance Committee (the District 141 Assistant General Chair, and all Shop Stewards) and conspicuously posted in the working areas at least one (1) week prior to effective date. Electronic versions should also be provided where technology permits. In cases where emergency changes are necessary, the Company will notify the committee and such changes will be posted and become effective immediately thereafter.
COMPANY RULES. (a) Any employee being discharged for disobeying the rules of the Company will only be paid up to the time of discharge. Company rules shall be posted in a conspicuous place within the Plant.
(b) Employees shall observe the rules of the Company and shall perform a fair day's work in the category in which the employee is engaged and shall be subject to discipline by the Management for failure to do so.
COMPANY RULES. Section 22.1 The Company shall have the right to establish, maintain and enforce or rescind, amend or change reasonable rules and regulations provided such rules and regulations are not in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement.
Section 22.2 Whenever a rule is changed or a new rule is established by the Company, the reasonableness of such change or new rule may be made the subject of the Grievance Procedure within two (2) weeks of the date of the posting of same or the Union and employees will be presumed to agree that it is a reasonable rule and within the meaning of this Agreement. Any rule that is changed or any new rule that is established by the Company will be furnished to the Union in advance of the date of posting.
COMPANY RULES. The Union recognizes the right of the Employer to establish such reasonable Company rules as they may deem necessary, provided that such rules are not in conflict with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Company rules shall be in writing, posted and effective thirty (30) days after submission to the Union unless the Union objects. Any objection must be specific as to what rule or rules are being objected to. It is expressly understood that rules as referred to in this Section are not to contain any reference to disciplinary matters which are covered in Article 44, Sec. 5, Discharge or Suspension. Such Company rules are to apply equally to all employees of the Employer and failure of a Local Union or Unions and the Employer to agree on such rules shall be subject to the dispute procedures of Article 44.
COMPANY RULES. The Company may make and alter reasonable workplace rules, to be observed by all employees. Changed rules shall be communicated to the Union and the employees prior to implementation.
COMPANY RULES. 5.01 The Company will forward to the President of the Union sufficient copies for each member local of all General Notices, Standard Policies and Procedures and amendments thereto affecting members of the Bargaining Unit, immediately as they are issued.
5.02 New and revised Standard Policies and Procedures that affect working conditions will be discussed with the Union in advance of publication where this is practicable and, when issued, will be posted on bulletin boards by the Company for ten (10) working days.
5.03 Job specifications will be maintained as up-to-date as possible. Any new job specification or revision to current job specifications shall require consultation with the Union.
COMPANY RULES. 63 a) It is further agreed by both parties to this Agreement that fair treatment, good service, and due diligence in observance of the rules as promulgated by the COMPANY are essential to the maintenance of satisfactory working conditions and wages described in this Agreement and for efficient production provided that such rules as may be promulgated by the COMPANY shall not in any way conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
