Common use of Cash Transfers Clause in Contracts

Cash Transfers. For the implementation of Part 1 of the Project: (a) the Recipient shall provide Cash Transfers to Beneficiaries in accordance with eligibility criteria and procedures acceptable to the Association and described in the Operations Manual; and (b) the Recipient shall ensure that the amount of each Cash Transfer is used by the Beneficiary for its intended purpose.

Cash Transfers. (a) For the implementation of Part 1 sub-parts 2.1 and 2.2 of the Project: (a) , the Recipient shall provide Cash Transfers to Eligible Beneficiaries in accordance with eligibility criteria and procedures acceptable to the Association Association, and described in the Operations Manual; Project Implementation Manual and (b) the Recipient shall ensure that the amount Manual of each Cash Transfer is used by the Beneficiary for its intended purposeAdministrative, Financial and Accounting Procedures.
