Common use of CASUAL SENIORITY EMPLOYEE LIST Clause in Contracts

CASUAL SENIORITY EMPLOYEE LIST. On or before September 1, 2016, School Boards shall establish a seniority list for casual/temporary employees, where a list does not currently exist. This will be a separate list from permanent employees and shall have as its sole purpose to track length of service with the Board. Further, the list shall have no other force or effect on local collective agreements other than those that may already exist for casual/temporary employees in the 2008-12 local collective agreement. (See also Local Article L25.00 for Temporary Employees and Local Letter D for Temporary Employee Seniority List) C11.00 UNION REPRESENTATION AS IT RELATES TO CENTRAL BARGAINING Negotiations Committee At all central bargaining meetings with the Employer representatives the Union will be represented by the OSBCC negotiations committee. The union will be consulted prior to the tendering process for the broader central bargaining location. The tendering process shall be conducted in accordance with the OPS Procurement Directive.
