Common use of CATALOGUE – LOTS 1 to 10 Clause in Contracts

CATALOGUE – LOTS 1 to 10. 4.1. The Catalogue provides the list of Goods and Services which may be required by Contracting Bodies across the Term. The Authority shall require the Supplier to produce and maintain a Catalogue for Goods and Services within Lots 1 to 10 (inclusive). The Catalogue shall include each of the Goods and Services as listed in Annex [B] along with the respective Framework Prices for those Goods and Services. 4.2. The Supplier shall offer the Catalogue in an electronic on-line format (P2P or equivalent, Customer Intranet site, and the Supplier’s web-site via the internet) in accordance with the Authority’s instructions. The Supplier shall maintain and keep updated a printed version of the Catalogue at all times, a copy of which the Authority or Contracting Bodies may request. 4.3. The structure of the Catalogue shall comprise of a number of menu and content pages which set out all relevant details of the Goods and Services offered within Lots 1 to Lot 10 (inclusive) and shall be published in a website format which is supported by all major web-site browsing software (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome). 4.4. Where the Supplier has issued a notice under clause 34.4 that a Force Majeure event applies the Supplier may for the period in which the notice remains in effect and on the written approval from the Authority (which shall not be unreasonably withheld) offer alternative products to that offered on the Catalogue provided that the alternative product is substantially equivalent to the Catalogue product and the price offered is the same or less than the Catalogue price. 4.5. The Catalogue is to include following information as a minimum (however this is not an exhaustive list): 4.5.1.1. Product type 4.5.1.2. Price (excluding VAT) 4.5.1.3. Specification
