Common use of Catastrophe Limit Clause in Contracts

Catastrophe Limit. The Insurer shall not be liable for more than the limit of insurance specified as a catastrophe limit on the “Declaration Page” of the policy to which this Coverage Form is attached in any one loss, casualty or disaster either in the case of partial or total loss or any other costs and expenses or all combined.
