Catastrophic Events; Labor Disputes. No Borrower, and none of their properties, is or has been affected by any fire, explosion, accident, strike, lockout or other labor dispute, drought, storm, hail, earthquake, embargo, act of God or other casualty that would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. There are no disputes presently subject to grievance procedure, arbitration or litigation under any of the collective bargaining agreements, employment contracts or employee welfare or incentive plans to which a Borrower is a party, and there are no strikes, lockouts, work stoppages or slowdowns, or, to the best knowledge of each Borrower, jurisdictional disputes or organizing activity occurring or threatened, which in any event would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
