Field trips Athletics Weekend Emergency Trips No driver will be allowed to sign up for an extra trip if the estimated run time, when combined with other runs/extra trips, creates an overtime situation. No driver will be allowed to sign up for an extra trip that interferes with his/her regular route, except for the following conditions: a. A driver may leave his/her regular secondary route for a trip that is at least two (2) hours in length. If responsible for a double run, the driver must report to do the regular elementary route. b. A driver may leave his/her regular double route for a trip that is at least four (4) hours in length.
