Sources of Personal Data Collection: We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources: • Directly from our members or their agents. • Indirectly from our members or their agents. For example, through information we collect from our members in the course of providing services. • Personal data from transaction(s) or interactions with us. • Credit bureaus and other data sources.
