Common use of Caterer Performance Clause in Contracts

Caterer shall provide Catering Services (a) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the executed Catering Proposal/Statement of Work (if applicable) as agreed between Caterer and requesting University department; (b) using personnel of required skill, experience, and qualifications;
