CATERER’S CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES. The kitchen must be left clean. Kitchen floors must be mopped, trash and empty boxes taken to the dumpster (dumpster is located outside the catering entrance). Brooms and mops are provided. It is the Occupant’s responsibility to make sure their caterer is aware of the cleanup requirements and that the cleanup is completed.
