Licensee Responsibilities. Subject to Section of Schedule A-2, prior to commencement of the Development Services, Licensee shall designate one or more representatives to be available throughout the project. The party requesting the change shall submit a written request to the other party specifying the desired additions or modifications to the Work Order (the "Change Notice"), and the party receiving such Change Notice shall submit a proposal to the party submitting such Change Notice. Licensor will include, either on the Change Notice if it is the party submitting the Change Notice, or on the proposal, if it is the party responding to the Change Notice, a statement of any estimated additional fees and any changes to the Milestones or any deliverables as a result of such requested change. Upon both parties' signatures to the proposal it shall become the Change Order. A Change Order is required for any additions or modifications to the Development Services project plan following approval of such plan by Licensee as described below during the first phase of the Development Services.
