CATERING INFORMATION Clause Samples

The CATERING INFORMATION clause outlines the specific details and requirements related to the provision of food and beverage services for an event or function. It typically covers aspects such as menu selections, dietary restrictions, service times, and the responsibilities of both the client and the caterer regarding setup, cleanup, and equipment. By clearly defining these elements, the clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of expectations, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or service issues during the event.
