Cause; Without Good Reason. The Company shall have the right to terminate the Employee’s employment under this Agreement at any time for Cause upon written notice to the Employee as provided in subparagraph (f) below. The Employee shall have the right to terminate the Employee’s employment under this Agreement without Good Reason upon 30 days’ advance written notice to the Company as provided in subparagraph (f) below. In the event the employment of the Employee is terminated by the Company for Cause or by the Employee without Good Reason, the Employee shall have no right to receive compensation or other benefits under this Agreement (other than the Accrued Payments set forth in Section 7(d)) for any period after such termination. In addition, the Employee shall remain entitled to any rights under Section 5(e), the last sentence of Section 7(d) and Section 19.
