Common use of CCAP AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

CCAP AGREEMENT. x. Xxxxxx College and LPS shall ensure that two public (informational and adoption) meetings are held in the review and approval of this CCAP Agreement. Sec. 2 x. Xxxxxx College shall file this CCAP Agreement with the office of the Chancellor of the California community colleges prior to the start of the partnership.
