PARTICIPATING STUDENTS. 5.1 A SCHOOL DISTRICT student enrolled in CCAP Agreement Courses shall not be assessed any fee that is prohibited by Education Code sections 49011. (Ed. Code, § 76004, subd. (f).) MPCCD shall exempt Special Part-Time Students participating in CCAP Agreement Courses from the fee requirements in Education Code sections 76060.5, 76223, 76300, 76350, and 79121. (Ed. Code, § 76004, subd. (q).) 5.2 The total cost of books and instructional materials for SCHOOL DISTRICT students who enroll in a COLLEGE course offered as part of this CCAP Agreement will be specified in the CCAP Agreement Appendix. Costs will be borne by SCHOOL DISTRICT. 5.3 Participating Students must meet all MPCCD prerequisite requirements as established by the MPCCD and stated in the COLLEGE catalog before enrolling in a course offered as part of this CCAP Agreement. 5.4 Grades earned by students enrolled in courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement will be posted on the official COLLEGE transcript. Students may submit a request for Pass/No Pass if the course is designated as such in the COLLEGE catalog. 5.5 Students enrolled in courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement will be directed to the official catalog of the COLLEGE for information regarding applicable policies and procedures. 5.6 Students enrolled in COLLEGE courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement will be eligible for student support services, which shall be available to them at the COLLEGE or through the SCHOOL DISTRICT. COLLEGE shall ensure that student support services, including admissions and records, counseling and guidance, assistance with assessment and placement, and tutoring are available to Participating Students at the COLLEGE. SCHOOL DISTRICT shall ensure that support services, including counseling and guidance, and assistance with assessment and placement are available to students at the SCHOOL DISTRICT. 5.7 The SCHOOL DISTRICT and MPCCD hereby represent and warrant that they will satisfy their respective obligations pursuant to state and federal law regarding students with disabilities who enroll in CCAP Agreement Courses. 5.8 Students who withdraw from courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement will not receive COLLEGE credit. PARTICIPATING STUDENTS. 3.2.1. Students participating in this Double Degree Bachelor Program will pay regular tuition and registration fees at their home university. During the term of the agreement the host university agrees to waive all tuition fees for incoming dual bachelor degree students visiting under this agreement. 3.2.2. The semester ticket payment for each student at TH Wildau is covered by the tuition fees. 3.2.3. The tuition fees are collected by YSTU students in Rubles and transferred each semester to TH Wildau. A fund distribution model is agreed in writing between YSTU and TH Wildau in an annex to this agreement. 3.2.4. The deadlines for the transfer are 31st October of each calendar year for the winter semester and 31st March of each calendar year for the summer semester. 3.2.5. TH Wildau issues invoices to YSTU twice a year on the basis of the tuition fees distribution percentage to be paid in Euros according to the exchange rate stipulated in the invoice no later than two weeks before the dates stipulated. 3.2.6. A service hand-over act is made for each advance payment and after termination of the agreement for the total costs outlined. In case services have not been provided all the advance payments shall be returned to YSTU within 60 days after termination of this agreement. 3.2.7. Participants of the dual bachelor degree program are responsible for all additional expenses including living, transportation, insurance, study materials, in case there is no third-party funding. However, the home as well as the host university will try to get financial support to defray all or part of those expenses. The host university will assist the exchange students with accommodation, if wanted and possible. 3.2.8. Students enjoy their full rights and status both at the home and host universities. During their stay at the host university, students will be subject to all internal rules of the host university and to all legislative and social obligations of the host country. 3.2.9. Each university will maintain policies of insurance, indemnity, and safety for staff and students within the law of its own country. 3.2.10. To ensure transparency of the financial process both parties agree to provide free access to the financial data of the program.
