CCHIP Review and Term. The City will initiate a housing study for the CCHIP area every three years to inventory the total number of housing units, monitor the rental rates and sales values, and identify any necessary adjustments to the policy. Unless the City Council extends and or amends the terms of the CCHIP it will expire on July 1, 2016.
