CCO Report Materials. The Administrator will cooperate with the Fund in connection with the annual review by the Fund's Chief Compliance Officer of the Compliance Program. As requested by the Chief Compliance Officer, the Administrator will furnish quarterly and annual reports relating to the Compliance Program and the services hereunder, and such other information as the Chief Compliance Officer may reasonably request from time to time.
