Ironclad will notify Customer if Ironclad makes a determination that it can no longer meet its obligations under Applicable Data Protection Laws. Customer shall have the right, upon seven (7) business days’ notice, to take reasonable and appropriate steps to stop and remediate any unauthorized use of Customer Personal Data by Ironclad.
