Common use of CDA Privacy and Information Security Awareness Training Clause in Contracts

CDA Privacy and Information Security Awareness Training. Subrecipient employees and volunteers handling PSCI must complete and comply with all requirements of the CDA Privacy and Information Security Awareness Training module located at xxxxx://xxxxx.xx.xxx/Information_security within thirty (30) days of the start date of the Contract/Agreement, within thirty (30) days of the start date of any new employee or volunteer’s employment and annually thereafter. Subrecipient must maintain certificates of completion on file and provide them to CDA upon request.

CDA Privacy and Information Security Awareness Training. Subrecipient employees and volunteers handling PSCI confidential, sensitive and/or personal identifying information must complete and comply with all requirements of the CDA Privacy and Information Security Awareness Training module located at xxxxx://xxxxx.xx.xxx/Information_security Xxxx://xxx.Xxxxx.xx.xxx within thirty (30) days of the start date of the Contract/Agreement, within thirty (30) days of the start date of any new employee or volunteer’s employment and annually thereafter.
