Ceased Supply. A supplying farm of Norco shall be deemed to be permanently closed when milk collection and receival ceases (except in the cases of seasonal calving and milk quality failures), unless written notification is received from the owner(s) of the farm requesting that the farm be granted Temporary Off Supply status.
