Ceasing to be a facility owner. 9.6.1 In this Clause 9.6 "a relevant disposal" means the disposal or the creation of any estate, interest, right or title in or to the Depot which, whether or not with the passage of time or the giving of notice, may result in another person becoming the facility owner in respect of the Depot but does not include the creation of Security over the Depot.
