CELL PHONE EXPENSE. Editorial multi-media journalists who regularly use their own smartphone, for eg: an Iphone or an alternative acceptable to the company, with a data plan sufficient to send multi-media content in the conduct of their duties, will be given an allowance of $40 per month. Employees are required to provide a receipt for reimbursement but they are not required to provide the Employer with a list of phone calls. Members who have an existing cell phone contract will have the option of continuing to get the cell phone allowance, and not accepting a new company-provided phone, until their existing contract expires.
