Cell Site. The Emergency’s fixed radio transmitting and receiving facilities for carrying wireless traffic from/to the Emergency Wireless End User.
Cell Site. The AT&T Mobility’s fixed radio transmitting and receiving facilities for carrying wireless traffic from/to the AT&T Mobility Wireless End User.
Cell Site. The DISH’s fixed radio transmitting and receiving facilities for carrying wireless traffic from/to the DISH Wireless End User.
Cell Site. The EMW’s fixed radio transmitting and receiving facilities for carrying wireless traffic from/to the EMW Wireless End User.
Cell Site. The Halo’s fixed radio transmitting and receiving facilities for carrying wireless traffic from/to the Halo Wireless End User.
Cell Site. The DISH traffic from/to the DISH Wireless End User.
Cell Site. The Denali’s fixed radio transmitting and receiving facilities for carrying wireless traffic from/to the Denali Wireless End User.
Cell Site. “Cell Site” means a wireless communications tower or other structure on which cell site equipment is located, and for purposes of this Agreement shall refer to AT&T’s space on such structure and all of the AT&T Provided Equipment (as such term is defined in the Build Addendum) and Vendor Provided Equipment (as such term is defined in the Build Addendum), including all Material contemplated herein or in the Build Addendum, together with all related ground space and other property and rights ancillary thereto as set forth in the Master License Agreement and the applicable Site License for the Vendor Cell Sites or the applicable Tower Lease for the Third Party Cell Sites.
Cell Site. The MPCS’s fixed radio transmitting and receiving facilities for carrying wireless traffic from/to the MPCS Wireless End User.
Cell Site. A CMRS radio base station in the CMRS Wireless Network that receives and transmits wireless communications initiated by or terminated to a Wireless Handset, and links such telecommunications to the CMRS’s network.
