Wireless Network a. Tenant may install a wireless intranet, internet, communications network or “Wi-Fi” (or other iteration thereof) capability (any of the foregoing being hereinafter referred to as a “Network”) within the Premises and the Conference Center. In the event that Tenant installs such a Network, it shall be for the use by and only by Tenant and its employees subject to the terms hereof (other than to permitted subtenants and assignees and Permitted Transferees). No antenna/transponder shall exceed one meter in size and shall, subject to the following provisions of this Section 13.1, conform to all FCC specifications. b. Tenant shall not solicit, suffer, or permit other tenants or occupants of the Building to use the Network or any other communications service, including, without limitation, any wired or wireless Internet service that passes through, is transmitted through, or emanates from the Premises and/or the Conference Center. c. Tenant agrees that Tenant’s communications equipment and the communications equipment of Tenant’s service providers and contractors retained to service the Premises and Conference Center including, without limitation, any antennas, switches, or other equipment (collectively, “Tenant’s Communications Equipment”) shall be of a type and, if applicable, a frequency, that will not cause radio frequency, electromagnetic, or other interference to any other party or any equipment of any other party including, without limitation, Landlord, other tenants, or occupants of the Building or any other party, in violation of FCC specifications concerning radio frequency interference (hereinafter referred to as “RFI”). In the event that Tenant’s Communications Equipment causes or is believed to cause any such prohibited RFI, upon receipt of notice from Landlord of such interference, Tenant will take all steps necessary to correct and eliminate the interference. If the prohibited RFI is not eliminated within twenty-four (24) hours (or a shorter period if Landlord believes a shorter period to be appropriate) then, upon request from Landlord, Tenant shall shut down Tenant’s Communications Equipment pending resolution of the interference, with the exception of intermittent testing upon prior notice to and with the approval of Landlord. No Network, or Tenant’s Communication Equipment may be installed in any lobby, corridor, building common area or any other area not within the exclusive control of Tenant specifically excluding the Conference Center. d....

Wireless Network. Tenant shall not install at the Premises any wireless network (“Wireless Network”) without advance written consent of Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. In the event Tenant desires to install a Wireless Network, Tenant shall first submit to Landlord plans and specifications therefor for Landlord’s review as part of Landlord’s determination of whether to approve the Wireless Network installation. If Landlord shall determine, in its sole discretion, that the Wireless Network proposed to be installed by Tenant fails to comply with Landlord’s standards for such networks in the Building or at EBP, or would cause interference with the operation of wireless or other networks of Landlord at the Building or at EBP, then Landlord shall have the right to withhold its consent to Tenant’s proposed Wireless Network, and such failure to consent shall not be deemed unreasonable for purposes of this Subparagraph 3(d)(ii).
Wireless Network. (a) Tenant agrees that no network communication, internet or data processing system, nor any equipment used in connection therewith (whether owned by Tenant or others) (collectively, the “Network”) shall cause any radio, electromagnetic or other interference to any other tenant or occupant of the Building, or any other party. Upon notice from Landlord Tenant shall promptly cease using the Network or any equipment therefor if such Network or equipment does, or Landlord reasonably believes may, cause material interference to any other person or entity. (b) Tenant acknowledges that Landlord has granted, or may in the future grant, other tenants, occupants or others the right to install or use networks, on terms similar or dissimilar to these terms, as Landlord determines in its sole discretion.

The same security principles and security mechanisms introduced for wired networks have also been established for wireless networks. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The Financial Institution and Central 1 have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services. Links are provided for convenience only, and You assume all risk resulting from accessing or using such other websites or Third Party services.

  • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.
