Site Data. (i) The Contractor shall be deemed to have inspected and examined the Site and its surroundings and to have satisfied himself before entering into the Agreement in all material respects including but not limited to:
(a) the form and nature of the Site (including, inter-alia, the surface and sub- surface conditions and geo-technical factors);
(b) the hydrological and climatic conditions;
(c) the extent and nature of the works already completed and Materials necessary for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects that includes already executed part also.
(d) the suitability and the adequacy of the Site for the execution of the Works;
(e) the means of access to the Site and the accommodation the Contractor may require;
(f) arranging permits as required as per [.] of the Agreement.
(g) the requirements of operation and maintenance; and
(h) all other factors and circumstances affecting the Contractor's rights and obligations under the Agreement, the Contract Price and Time for Completion.

Site Data. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect the Contractor and its performance of Scope of Project. The Contractor is deemed to have inspected and examined the Site, its surroundings, and other available information, and to satisfy themselves about the Scope of Project under this Contract, including, without limitation:
a) the form and nature of the Site, including sub-surface conditions, local conditions etc.;
b) the hydrological and climatic conditions;
c) the extent and nature of services and goods necessary for the execution and Completion of the Works and the remedying of any defect;
d) the Applicable Laws, procedures and labour practices of the state in which the Project shall be located; and
e) the Contractor’s requirements for access, accommodation, facilities, personnel, power, transport, water and other services.
f) The Contractor needs to ensure he has studied all existing and proposed design, all relevant data, all documents, and any other details with required to complete the project. In case of any clarification required in any of details, Contractor is required to ask the same in pre-bid conference prior to execution of this Contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying and interpreting all such data and the Authority shall have no responsibility for the accuracy, sufficiency or completeness of any such data.

Site Data. Upon EPA’s request, Respondent shall provide the requestor access to all records and documentation related to the conditions at the Site and to results or data pertaining to the restoration and mitigation activities conducted under this Consent Agreement.

Site Data. In performing Services hereunder, Vendor shall compile data concerning each BTS Site and furnish such data to SBCW, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in Annex C and Annex G, including all Compliance Data and Completion Data.
Site Data. The Client shall cooperate with the Supplier and provide any site data ("Site Data") that is requested by the Supplier and that is in the Client's possession.
Site Data. Without prejudice to its obligations under Clause 13, the Contractor shall be responsible for any misunderstanding or incorrect information howsoever obtained, including any information provided by the Purchaser or the Engineer, except for the SON, the correctness & accuracy of which shall be the Purchaser's responsibility. Except for and subject to Clause 7.2, 27, 45 and 49, and the existence of hazardous materials or historical artefacts at the Site, no additional payment or adjustment to the Contract Price or extension of the Time for Completion shall be made on account of any conditions related to the Site, including without limitation underground conditions, hydrological, climatic, environmental or other physical conditions.
Site Data. The Appraisal Report must include the following: • Description of size and shape of the site; • Topographical features; • Drainage and floodplain conditions; • Soil and subsoil conditions; • Description of ingress and egress; • Availability of utilities; • Relationship to surrounding properties; • Nuisances and hazards; • Off-site improvements; • Functional adequacy of site;
