Common use of CENTRAL NONPROFIT AGENCY DESIGNATION Clause in Contracts

CENTRAL NONPROFIT AGENCY DESIGNATION. Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. § 8503(c) and the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2016, the Commission by execution of this Agreement hereby designates SourceAmerica as the CNA to facilitate the distribution, by direct allocation, subcontract, or any other means, of orders of the Federal Government for products and services on the Procurement List (PL) among qualified NPAs for people with significant disabilities. As a designated central nonprofit agency, SourceAmerica, herein agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement as well as the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2016, the JWOD Act, 41 U.S.C. Chapter 85 and implementing regulations, 41 C.F.R. Chapter 51.

U.S.C, Chapter 85 and implementing regulations, 41 C.F.R. Chapter 51.
