Common use of Central Region Clause in Contracts

Central Region. All work locations located in the Greater Toronto franchise area including Peterborough and Barrie. All work locations located in the Ottawa and surrounding franchise area including Brockville. (January 1, 2020 – Evening, Mid-Night and Weekend Shifts) All shift schedules currently in place will remain in affect for the duration of this Agreement. A shift schedule may be altered to accommodate requirements of the business or personal needs of the employees if changed by mutual agreement.
