Common use of Centralized Cart or Bin Service Clause in Contracts

Centralized Cart or Bin Service. Contractor shall allow each 474 Commercial Premises to use Carts or Bins for Solid Waste Collection 475 that are shared by the Occupants of two (2) or more adjacent 476 Commercial Premises. In such case, Contractor shall provide one or 477 more Carts or Bins as requested by the Customer(s) provided that no 478 less than ninety-six (96) gallons of Container capacity is provided for 479 every four (4) Commercial Premises.

Contractor shall provide each 513 Customer with a choice of one (1) or more Carts or Bins as specified 514 in Section 8.05.
