Centralized Cart or Bin Service. Contractor shall allow Agency Facilities to use Carts or Bins for Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection that are shared by the Occupants of two (2) or more adjacent Agency Facilities. In such case, Contractor shall provide one (1) or more Carts or Bins to such Premises as requested by Agency.
