Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

Sleeping Rooms to be Blocked A. The Contractor shall block sleeping rooms as set forth in Table 1, below. March 24, 2017 Check Out Check Out B.
