CenturyLink OSS Services. 6.1 Upon request by QuantumShift, CenturyLink shall provide to QuantumShift, pursuant to Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3), access to CenturyLink Pre-OSS Services, or at CenturyLink’s option, access to CenturyLink OSS Services. CenturyLink shall not be required to provide QuantumShift access to CenturyLink OSS Services if such are not available and CenturyLink provides QuantumShift access to applicable CenturyLink Pre-OSS Services.
