Certain Card Restrictions. The Card is the property of Commerce and we grant you use of the Card solely for the purposes outlined in this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, we may terminate your right to use the Card and/or to access the funds loaded onto the Card at any time without notice or liability (whether or not you are in default of any part of this Agreement). You must surrender the Card, either upon direct request by us, or any other bank or merchant who is acting upon our instructions. Termination, whether by you or by Commerce, shall not affect prior transactions or obligations relating to your Card existing at the time of termination.
