Common use of Certain Charges Clause in Contracts

Certain Charges. Dealer will: (a) reimburse DFS for all charges made by banks, including charges for collection of checks and other items of payment, and (b) pay DFS' fees for transfers of funds to or from the Dealer. DFS may, from time to time, announce its fees for transfers of funds to or from the Dealer, including the issuance of Electronic Transfers.

Certain Charges. Dealer will: (a) reimburse DFS for all charges made by banks, including charges for collection of checks and other items of payment, and (b) pay DFS' fees a fee of SIX DOLLARS ($6.00) for transfers each transfer of funds to or from the Dealer. Dealer by Fed Wire Funds Transfer ("Fed Wire") and no fee will be payable by Dealer to DFS may, from time to time, announce its fees for transfers each electronic transfer of funds to or from the Dealer, including the issuance of Electronic TransfersDealer by Automated Clearing House ("ACH").
