Certain Claims Excluded from General Claims. 5.2.2.3.1 All claims for Compensable Delay as defined in Article 3.5.8 must be filed and processed pursuant to Article 3.5.10 and are subject to the limitations of Articles 3.5.7 and 3.5.9 5.2.2.3.2 All claims concerning designation of a Sole Source must be filed and processed pursuant to Articles 2.2.4 or 3.4.6 and are subject to the provisions and limitations therein. 5.2.2.3.3 All claims concerning the Owner’s rejection of Construction Documents in conjunction with a Construction Document Change Order must be filed and processed pursuant to Article 2.2.3 and are subject to the provisions and limitations therein.
