Certain Employment Related Matters. Prior to the Closing, Seller will terminate all of its employees and that Purchaser shall have the right, but not the obligation, to hire any or all of such employees. Each such Employee that Purchaser elects to employ shall be employed by the Purchaser on an "at-will" basis and may be terminated at any time with our without cause.
