CERTAIN EVENTS OF DEFAULT; AUTHORITY OR TRUSTEE MAY TAKE CERTAIN ACTIONS. In case the Corporation shall have failed to comply with its obligations under Article III or under Sections 4.04, 4.08, 4.09, 4. 10 or 5.16, which event shall have continued for a period of 90 days after the date on which written notice of such failure, requiring the Corporation to remedy the same, shall have been given to the Corporation by the Authority or the Trustee, the Authority or the Trustee may take whatever action at law or in equity as may appear necessary or desirable to enforce performance or observance of any obligations or agreements of the Corporation under said Article or Sections. In case the Corporation shall have failed to comply with its obligations under Section 4.05, which event shall have continued for a period of 90 days after the date on which written notice of such failure, requiring the Corporation to remedy the same, shall have been given to the Corporation by the Trustee, the Trustee may take whatever action at law or in equity as may appear necessary or desirable to the Trustee to enforce performance or observance of any obligations or agreements of the Corporation under said Section.
