Certain Federal Requirements for Contracts. 26.1 Contractor understands and acknowledges that this Agreement may be totally or partially funded with federal funds. As a condition of receiving these funds, Contractor represents that it is and will remain in compliance with all applicable federal terms, including those attached as Exhibit β€œB” attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. The terms listed in Exhibit B flow down to all third party contractors and their subcontracts at every tier that exceed the small purchase threshold as set by the County, unless a particular award term or condition specifically indicates otherwise. Contractor shall require that the clauses listed in Exhibit B shall be included in each covered transaction at any tier.
