Certain Judgments, Decrees or Orders. If a judgment, decree or order resulting from a divorce, legal separation, annulment or change in legal custody (including a qualified medical child support order [QMCSO]) requires accident or health coverage for a Participant’s child or for a xxxxxx child who is a dependent of the Participant, the Participant may have a mid-year election change to add or drop coverage consistent with the Order.
