Certain Net Sales. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, on a Product-by-Product basis and country-by-country basis, all Net Sales of a Product in a country prior to obtaining required governmental pricing and reimbursement approval in such country shall be accrued and Kissei shall make royalty payment on such Net Sales of such Product within [***] after the end of the first calendar quarter following obtaining such required governmental pricing and reimbursement approval in such country.
