Certain Obligations on Termination of Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated for whatsoever reason, the Service Provider shall have an obligation to do all of the following: (a) return to the Principal all of the Confidential Information then within the possession or control of the Service Provider; or (b) destroy such Confidential Information using a secure and confidential method of destruction.
