Common use of Certain Other Reports and Information Clause in Contracts

Certain Other Reports and Information. Promptly upon their becoming available to a Loan Party, such Loan Party shall deliver to the Lender a copy of (i) all regular or special reports, registration statements and amendments to the foregoing which such Loan Party or any Subsidiary of such Loan Party shall file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (or any successor thereto) or any securities exchange, (ii) all reports, proxy statements, financial statements and other information distributed by such Loan Party to its stockholders, bondholders or the financial community generally, and (iii) all accountants' management letters pertaining to, all other reports submitted by accountants in connection with any audit of, and all other reports from outside accountants with respect to, such Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries.
