Common use of Certain Policy Elements Clause in Contracts

Certain Policy Elements. From and after the Effective Date, Reinsurer may make recommendations to the Company with respect to the Non-Guaranteed Elements of the Reinsured Contracts. Subject to applicable Laws and the Company's then existing procedures, the Company shall establish all Non-Guaranteed Elements of the Reinsured Contracts taking into account the recommendations of Reinsurer with respect thereto.
