Certain Reductions and Offsets. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, any payments or benefits under this Agreement shall be reduced by any severance payments and benefits payable by the Company or an affiliate of the Company to the Employee under any policy, plan, program or arrangement, including, without limitation, a contract between the Employee and the Company or an affiliate of the Company.
