Certificate Allowance. 43.8.1 An Employee who is the holder of a scaffolding certificate or rigging certificate issued by the appropriate certifying authority and is required to act on that certificate whilst engaged on work requiring a certificated person is entitled to a certificate allowance. This allowance is a flat amount and shall be paid at the rate detailed in the table of allowances.
Certificate Allowance. A tradesman who is the holder of a scaffolding certificate or rigging certificate issued by the Department of Industrial Affairs and is required to act on that Certificate whilst engaged on work requiring a certificated person shall be paid an additional 47 cents per hour. Provided that this allowance shall not be payable cumulative on the allowance for swing scaffolds.
Certificate Allowance. An allowance of $800.00 per certificate (to a maximum of two certificates) shall be paid to a Maintenance Technician who possesses a valid journeyman’s certificate as recognized by the Department of Labour and is related to their job requirement.
Certificate Allowance. 34.1 Engineer Officers holding a First Class Motor or First Class Combined Steam and Motor Certificate will be paid a certificate allowance of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per month.
Certificate Allowance. An allowance of $18.50 biweekly shall be paid to employees hired prior to April 22, 1996 who have Marine Certificates of Competency which are recognized as superior to existing minimum job specification requirements for their appointed position providing this appointment did not involve a lateral transfer or voluntary demotion. Employees hired after April 22, 1996 shall receive this allowance if they have Marine Certificates of Competency which are recognized as superior to existing minimum job specification requirements for their appointed positions, providing this appointment did not involve a lateral transfer or voluntary demotion, and providing such certification enables them to substitute in a higher classified position. The maximum allowance under this article shall be $18.50 biweekly regardless of the level and/or number of certificates of competency.
Certificate Allowance. An allowance of $100.00 per month shall be paid to all Officers who have certificate(s) of competency superior to existing minimum job specification requirements for their appointed positions, and to all Chief Officers. This is the maximum allowance per month payable under this clause regardless of the level and/or number of certificate(s) of competency. The certificate(s) shall be available to the Employer.
Certificate Allowance. Officers who hold a certificate relevant to the animal control function such as Certificate IV Animal Control and Regulation and Certificate IV Local Government Training package shall receive an allowance of $15.00 per week.
Certificate Allowance. Subject to the provisions of clause 36 of this Agreement, and in addition to wages and other allowances prescribed in this Agreement, the employer shall pay to each employee who is the holder of a Certificate of Registration issued in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993, an allowance of R0.61c per hour, including overtime.
Certificate Allowance. (a) A Certificate Allowance equal to 5% of base salary of the individual nurse will be paid to nurses who hold post-graduate certificates or post-graduate diplomas from recognised tertiary institutions or hospitals.
(b) To be eligible for this payment the certificate must be appropriate to current work at the Employer and authorised by the Director of Nursing. Payment will be from the first full pay period on or after date of production of an acceptable certificate.
(c) The certificate allowance will be paid fortnightly with the normal pays, calculated on the hours worked in that pay period.
(d) Enrolled Nurses who hold and maintain medication administration endorsement, who have completed approved courses and who, through the normal course of their duties utilise this qualification will be paid a skills allowance. This will be 5% of their base salary calculated at ordinary time rate, calculated on the hours worked each pay period

19.2 To be eligible for this payment the certificate must be appropriate to current work at DPH and authorised by the Director of Nursing.
19.3 The certificate allowance will be paid fortnightly with the normal pays, calculated on the hours worked in that pay period.
19.4 Enrolled Nurses who hold and maintain medication administration endorsement, who have completed approved courses and who, through the normal course of their duties utilise this qualification will be paid a skills allowance. This will be 5% of their base salary calculated at ordinary time rate, calculated on the hours worked each pay period.
