Common use of Certificate of Bank Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Bank. Any Bank, if claiming reimbursement or compensation pursuant to this Article 3, shall deliver to the Company through the Administrative Agent a certificate setting forth in reasonable detail the amount payable to such Bank hereunder, and such certificate shall be conclusive and binding on the Company in the absence of manifest error.
