Certificate of Fiscal Agent. The Fiscal Agent shall, as soon as possible and in any event within four months after the date of any such redemption, payment, exchange or purchase, send the Issuer a certificate stating (1) the aggregate principal amount of Notes that have been redeemed and cancelled and the aggregate amount paid in respect of any related Coupons that have been paid and cancelled or in respect of interest paid on a Global Note,
Certificate of Fiscal Agent the Fiscal Agent shall, as soon as possible and in any event within four months after the date of any such redemption, payment, exchange or purchase or such shorter time as may reasonably be requested by the Issuer or required in order to enable the Fiscal Agent to perform its duties under Clause 7.5, send the Issuer and the Fiscal Agent a certificate stating (1) the aggregate nominal amount of Securities that have been redeemed and cancelled and the aggregate amount paid in respect of any related Coupons that have been paid and cancelled or in respect of interest paid on a Global Security, (2) the certificate numbers of such Securities, (3) the total number by maturity dates of such Coupons, (4) the certificate numbers and maturity dates of such Talons and
Certificate of Fiscal Agent. At the request of the Issuer or, as the case may be, any Guarantor, the Fiscal Agent shall, within four months after the date of any such redemption, payment, exchange or purchase, send the Issuer and any Guarantor a certificate stating (1) the aggregate nominal amount of Notes that have been redeemed and cancelled and the aggregate amount paid in respect of any related Receipts and/or Coupons that have been paid and cancelled or in respect of interest paid on a Global Note, (2) the certificate numbers of such Notes and Receipts, (3) the total number by maturity dates of such Coupons, (4) the certificate numbers and maturity dates of such Talons and (5) the total number and maturity dates of unmatured Coupons, and the certificate numbers and maturity dates of unmatured Talons and Receipts, not surrendered with Notes redeemed, in each case distinguishing between Notes of each Series and denomination (and any Receipts, Coupons and Talons relating to them).

Certificate of Fiscal Agent. The Fiscal Agent shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after the due date of redemption, payment or purchase of any Notes (and, in any event, not later than three calendar months thereafter) furnish the Issuer and the Guarantor with a certificate or certificates signed by a duly authorised officer stating the amounts paid in respect of such Notes so redeemed or paid and cancelled (other than Notes purchased by the Issuer or the Guarantor or any of their subsidiaries and surrendered for cancellation), together with the maturity dates, in each case distinguishing between Notes of each Series and denomination, if any.
