Common use of CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE AND CANCELLATION Clause in Contracts

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE AND CANCELLATION. During the performance of the management services hereunder,the CONTRACTOR shall maintain the plan of insurance and submit a Certificate of Insurance to CDCR for the mutual protection and benefit of it and CDCR, naming CDCR as co-insured and entitled to all notices issued under the policy, to cover claims that may arise out of or result from the CONTRACTOR`S operation and management services hereunder, whether same be by the CONTRACTOR or a subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them, or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable. CDCR shall be notified at least thirty (30) days in advance of cancellation, non-renewal or adverse change in the coverage. New Certificates of Insurance are to be provided to CDCR at least fifteen (15) days after receipt by CONTRACTOR.
