At the time Contractor submits a signed contract to the PUCT, Contractor must submit a “Certificate of Interested Parties” form to the PUCT and file the form with the Texas Ethics Commission. Contractor must not perform any work under the contract, nor receive any compensation prior to filing the form with the Texas Ethics Commission.
